So I saw the Capital One commercial(s) telling me I can use my own picture on my credit card. Awesome, I can't wait. I log in, I read the terms and conditions, they seem reasonable, I upload my picture, and...
It gets rejected. It's not copyrighted or anything like that, I personally don't think any merchant would reject it, so I decided to call and ask the specific reason it was rejected. I spoke to "Diana" in customer service, who gave me the runaround, and in the end, her answer to my every question was: "We are system generated."
So anyway, I thought I'd ask public opinion: "Should this image have been rejected?"
